This is a great app!

Works well to backup, but is horrible for photo/video organization or viewing. The horrible interface needs a lot of work!

I love being able to access my cloud. But you cant interact with it properly. There are no functional sharing options only links. I cant interact with my drive like I can with Dropbox. I cant drop and drag from other services to and from my cloud drive. There should be more options with a "NAS" drive like this. I also have a Pogoplug that does more than this. Maybe there are plans to make this app better. UPDATE The updated app 2016 added the ability to sort your photos by date. But nothing else. So maybe I should have bought another type of NAS. I think Google Photos app is better at backup than this.

While it does, indeed, store your photos, it is nearly impossible to find them again once you do...especially if you have thousands of photos. Tiny thumbnails. Time consuming. Kind of frustrating.

It wont let me access my "My Book Live". All it has said was, "Request timed out." I have done everything on my end to fix it. Nothing has worked. I have given it many chances. But Im done.

Im not sure why theres a feature called auto-backup for iPhone, because this feature doesnt exists. The app will only back up photos when the user goes to the app. If the user leaves the app, or the phone sleeps, no backup is performed.

Hello, I just wanted to know if the force touch enabled features going to be enabled soon for this app for all the new iPhones 6Ss and 7s. Great app otherwise though. Really cool features.

For my use it has limited capability. Most file types I use will not open. Hopefully that will be fixed in time.

Its good to have as much data as I need on the go. This is a great app to access my own cloud services. I would highly recommend this app.

This is a Great app, Works Great, I just wish, my wd cloud drive would upload directly instead of data flow to smartphone then upload to sites like google drive etc

Horrible app - doesnt work for me outside of my home network. After chatting more than 2 month with their support and their investigation they made a conclusion that WD my cloud does will not work with my internet provider. Super slow while working with photos and videos. Especially when you have large amount of them. Does not support backing up life photos. Looks more like a toy to play with - but it does not even somewhere close comparable to existing cloud solutions like Google drive.

This app is pretty impressive. It is the best one Ive used for personal cloud storage. Its easy to set up and manage and hasnt had any bugs so far after 1 month of use. Only one gripe so far and that is that when viewing photos, if you select one to view full screen, when you go back to thumbnail view it will take you to the top of the list. That can be super annoying if your list is long. Not a huge deal though. It would be great if 3rd party apps had MyCloud integration like they do for Dropbox, Google Drive, etc. Thats not in WDs control though and they have provided an open source SDK so hopefully 3rd party developers use it! Great app though.

It is easy to add users and allow them access to the public share. A great way to share family pictures. Everyone can upload or download from a browser or mobile device. Well worth the cost of a NAS.

Ive been using for months and it really works. Took me a while to get everything configured. But after I did, it just works.

Pretty easy to use. Just make sure all router settings allow for streaming from the MyCloud hard drive.
