Great way to view old pictures

As with any tech it is not flawless, but its very useful. Sometimes have to reboot my iOS device to work properly, never rebooted my drive. Search function is completely worthless.

Great AP. I have everything in my life on it and access from my iPhone, laptops or iPad.

I got the Wireless Plus because I can backup my Mac with Time Machine and access the files with my iPhone using this app. It works up until there are many many backups, then I need to reformat the drive and backup fresh, or else the app wont see the files any more. One other issue I found is if I download something, like a film, from my TM backup to the app, then delete it, the app doesnt actually delete it. The app still takes up the same space on the phone as if the film was not deleted. Similar to my TM backup I need to delete and redownload this app every once in a while as a result.

Amazingly helpful to access your networked hard drive from anywhere, any time. But the inability to choose which app to open a file in is tiresome, and also the inability to formally add the files in your downloads area to the drive - into the folder you want - is frustrating. But, overall, just having full access to most of the files on my drive, on demand, is great.

I often need to log and and re-do everything to configure backups. All I want is to back up photos.

It gives all the functionality that you would think should come standard, but could use some more features. For instance, it would be nice to have a wider range of video formats supported.

It seems to do what its supposed to. Very handy interface with MyCloud drive.

Most applicable and fastest software for connect external hard drive

The service thats currently provided is good, however it could use more powerful feathers on the desktop application.

It was easy to set up and it works fine with all my computers and im a cofirmed techy but YOU dont have to me. Youll get it running post haste.
