Took a while but works fine. Should add more video extensions though.

It has improved with this new update. However, since this last update, I am having issues to upload a group of pictures from my iPhone to the Cloud. When I select several files, it starts uploading and suddenly, the app looses all communication with the Cloud. It seems that the Cloud gets in an infinite loop and the app keeps waiting... One thing that has not improved a lot is the audio player. It could be enhanced with playlists, shuffle mode, etc...

This is not easy to use and the automatic download dont works well, the videos in stored in the HD dont play continually. Im trying to work with it but until now is not a good deal. There is others apps for HD others brands much more simple and better then WD.

It just cant order the files by date or any other criteria.

Steel cant connect remotely. It always shows "drive offline". I dont know what to do anymore. I have tried everything. I just bought it to access remotely buy it doesnt work at all!

The App is okish but lacks primarily support for iPad Pro. Also good to have is; to have a setup scenario / system management like in the browser.

The idea is good, but the realization of it is bad... this could be way better!

The pictures are uploaded to the cloud only when the app is open. Best would be if app is integrated with iPhone to run in background

Since the last update, I am unable to connect to my 4tb my cloud device on the app. While other apps (video streaming) can access the folders and files just fine. Maybe something with the latest update?

There is no option of enlarging my thumbnails, they are so tiny you cant even make out what the picture is. Ive even tried opening on my 46" tv screen and that doesnt t help either, or lining the screen up in a direction that is comfortable for my eyesight. There is no way to orient the page when turning my tablet screen to landscape mode. I love the convenience of having my data at my fingertips but you have to go through hoops to get to it. WD My cloud is an app installed on my iPad, yet there is no option to choose it other than the one when you first install and you pick your folder where your want your automatic uploads to go to. The features should integrate with the camera roll and also have multiple options to add or delete. Extremely time consuming when you can only delete one at a time if you happen to see something identical.

Amazing App really great and secure application for IPhone.

Regretting buying a MyCloud Drive. I bought it to store all my pictures of my children on however, I recently went to save all of my pictures from my iPhone 6 to MyCloud Drive and they do not save in chronological order of when the pictures were taken they are just all jumbled up and is absolutely no order at all the files are all saved in a order of when they were uploaded to the drive. This is a major inconvenience and flaw I would have rathered pay for an iCloud account with Apple

But I still have a series of problems with it ... 1. Some mini-manual is essential inside the app. Its not obvious to everyone who needs to save photos, videos, etc. from an iPhone or iPad on how to easily accomplish their task. 2. Speed of uploads and downloads on an intranet is disgustingly slow. Every other LAN activity on the Wifi works at speeds around 30 to 60 MBPS. the Mycloud seems to barely function at 5MbPS. I wanted to move my iCloud files onto it, in order to avoid my ISPs internet cap for watching/streaming movies, using Mycloud and my intranet. The only way it works is by having iTunes on a PC serving the movies by airdisplay onto the TV screen. I cannot serve them via airdisplay from an iOS device because of the DRM not working. 3. The iOS apps for Mycloud dont feel intuitive. The UI is quite clunky, and needs a redesign. Im using the most recent version of the apps.

Love it, only thing I wish is that I could password protect files. I like to share pictures and videos with my family, but I wish they didnt have full access to everything backed up from my computer, and pictures on my phone. If this was changed Id give it 5 stars

Great app, using it for years with my MBL and My Cloud both. Works flawless. Please update the app to support PiP for iPad and will change to 5 stars. Thanks
