Not ready for production app and device

Horrible app - doesnt work for me outside of my home network. After chatting more than 2 month with their support and their investigation they made a conclusion that WD my cloud does will not work with my internet provider.
Super slow while working with photos and videos. Especially when you have large amount of them.
Does not support backing up life photos.
Looks more like a toy to play with - but it does not even somewhere close comparable to existing cloud solutions like Google drive.
